When I dropped off my vehicle for a simple oil change and tire rotation i was given an estimate of 90 minutes. After 3.5 hours I finally complained (after watching through the window and not seeing anyone lay a hand on my car). The desk clerk started to argue with me rather than take me seriously. This was one of the most frustrating retail experiences of my life, due to their lack of attention. My little snitch windows 10. Clearly they don't care. Go somewhere else, avoid the jerk behind the counter. Serum fx crack.
